Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
Your right to cancel does not apply to digital content that you have started downloading or accessing.
By purchasing digital products (themes, plugins, scripts, e-books, etc.) from Aabaz SHOP, you acknowledge that your right to cancel and receive a refund is forfeited once you begin downloading or otherwise accessing the digital content.
This exception aligns with standard consumer protection regulations for digital content across various jurisdictions.
Outside the 14-day cancellation period, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding products that are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
For payments made via bank transfer, it is your responsibility to provide accurate payment details and order information. We may be unable to process refunds for transactions where payment details cannot be verified.
Bank transfer payments are not eligible for standard refunds except in cases where the transaction amount, including sales tax exceeds $/£/€100, at our discretion.
If you've been charged sales tax (VAT, GST, Consumption Tax, etc.) and are registered for sales tax in the purchase country, you may be eligible for a sales tax refund where permitted by local laws.
You must contact us within 60 days of purchase with a valid sales tax registration number to be eligible. Refund requests after 60 days will not be processed.
