How to Return a Product

  1. Sign in to your Aabaz Account, select My Orders.
  2. Select the order you wish to return and click on the Manage Order button.
  3. Click on Return Items.
  4. Fill in the Return Form. The available return options (drop-off/pickup) will be displayed in this form.
  5. Pack your Aabaz parcel securely, with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging as delivered to you, and secure the Return Label on top of the return package.
  6. If you are located in Mymensingh city, then you will be able to avail of pick up and drop off both facilities from specific areas. If you are located outside Mymensingh, we have customer return drop-off points in different locations where you can drop your return product.     How to Return a Product

    1. Returns Policy
    2. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a Return Request on  Aabaz app or website within 14 days for  AabazMall items and 7 days for non- AabazMall items from the date of delivery.
    3. For device-related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, seller warranty or brand warranty could be given by the seller. For seller warranty, please contact the seller. The contact details of the seller can be found on the invoice. For brand warranty, please refer to the Brand Contact List For more information on warranty claims please view our  Warranty Policy.
    4. For selected categories, we accept a "Change of Mind". Please refer to the returns policy per category below to check if the respective category is applicable for returns.
    5. Valid reasons to return an item
    6. Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g. unable to switch on)
    7. Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories).
    8. Delivered product is not as advertised (i.e. does not match product description or picture).
    9. Delivered product does not fit.
    10. Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/color, fake/counterfeit item, or expired.)

        • AabazMall items: 7 Days; Return and refund.
        • Non-AabazMall items: 3 Days; Return and refund.
        • Change of Mind is applicable for return and refund.
        • If your item arrived in defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete condition, a refund will be issued.
